INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices Dempster's® 100% Whole Grains 12 Grain Bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) fig jam
  • 1 cup (250 mL) baby arugula
  • 8 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely crumbled goat cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread jam evenly over each slice of toast.
  2. Top with arugula and prosciutto.
  3. Sprinkle with goat cheese (if using).
