Taco Seasoned Air Fryer Tortilla Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Package of Dempster's Original 10” Tortillas
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F
  2. In a bowl stir together all of the ingredients, except the Tortillas, and, mix until well blended
  3. Brush a light coating of Oil Mixture on both sides of the DEMPSTER’S ORIGINAL 10” TORTILLAS
  4. Cut into quarters to form triangles – can stack up and cut all at once
  5. Arrange the triangles in a single layer – will need to air-fry in batches
  6. Air Fry at 350° for about 3-5 minutes or until they start to brown around the edges. Watch as they overcook quickly.
  7. Allow to cool enough to handle and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
  8. If properly stored, should stay fresh for about 5 days
