- 2 slices Dempster’s White Bread
- 1 tsp (5 mL) mustard
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 slices cooked deli turkey
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 6 blueberries
- 3 each red and green grapes
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced cucumber
Cut crusts from bread. Using an animal-shaped cookie cutter, cut out shape from centre of 1 slice of bread.
Spread mustard on remaining bread slice; top with lettuce, turkey and cheese. Cap with “windowed” slice of bread.
Thread blueberries and grapes onto toothpicks; serve skewers with sandwich and cucumber slices.
Tip: Use cut-outs to make mini sandwich shapes.
