- 1 Dempster’s® Ancient Grains 10" Tortilla
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 8 slices Brie cheese (about 4 oz/125 g)
- 8 slices apple
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread mustard over tortilla and cut into 8 wedges. Place slice of Brie on wide end of each wedge and top with apple slice; starting at wide end, roll up each tortilla wedge and secure with a toothpick.
Place on prepared baking sheet; bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: To make these rolls ahead, toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Bake just before serving.
