- 2 slices Dempster’s® Whole Grains 12 Grain bread
- 4 TBS. light cream cheese
- 2 TBS. chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, chives, basil or herbs of your choice)
- 6 slices fresh avocado
- 4 TBS. fresh assorted sprouts (arugula, radish, green onion, alfalfa or sprouts of your choice)
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Chop fresh herbs finely and combine with light cream cheese.
Place two slices of Dempster’s® Whole Grains 12 Grain bread on a cutting board, spreading each slice evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
Peel and slice avocado and place three slices on each sandwich; then top with fresh sprouts and cracked black pepper.
