- 4 Dempster’s® Tortillas Original 7-in.
- 1 pkg (150 g) falafel mix
- 2 cups (500 mL) mixed greens
- 1 cup (250 mL) prepared tzatziki sauce
- Pickled Carrots:
- 2 cups (500 mL) matchstick-cut carrots
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) kosher salt
Pickled Carrots: Combine carrots, vinegar, sugar and salt; let stand for at least 1 hour or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
Prepare and cook falafels according to package directions. Assemble falafels in tortillas with mixed greens, tzatziki and Pickled Carrots.
