- 2 Dempster’s® Tortillas Ancient Grains, large
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese blend
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) melted butter
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) ketchup
SPRINKLE cheese over tortillas; roll up.
BRUSH outside of tortillas with melted butter.
HEAT nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; place rolls, seam side down, in skillet.
COOK, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown on all sides.
SLICE rolls in half and serve with ketchup for dipping.
Tip: THESE rolls are great dipped in a bowl of tomato soup.
