- 2 Dempster’s® 100% Whole Wheat 10” tortillas, warmed
- 1 (150g) package fully cooked and sliced chicken breasts
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) crumbled goat cheese
PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well.
DIVIDE chicken evenly over the center of each warmed tortilla.
TOP with avocado, carrot, lettuce, red onion and goat cheese. Fold in sides and roll up.
GRILL wrap for 30 to 60 seconds per side or until grill-marked and toasted.
