- 1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced radicchio
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled goat cheese
- 8 fresh figs, sliced
- 8 slices Black Forest ham
- 8 slices Dempster’s® Ancient Grains with Quinoa Bread
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Preheat panini press to medium. Layer radicchio, goat cheese, figs and ham over 4 slices of bread; cap with remaining bread.
Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and filling is warm. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving (if using).
