  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
  • Pinch each sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
  • 4 slices Dempter's Honey Wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices of Old Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices ham


WHISK eggs in bowl with milk, salt and pepper.

HEAT oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook eggs until desired doneness/

DIVIDE 2 pieces of the toast over plates. Top each with tomato slices, cheese, back bacon and eggs.

TOP with remaining slices of toast and serve immediately.
