Lemon Pie Bagel
A fresh and fruity spread topped with strawberries makes these bagels pretty to look at – and yummy to eat, as well.
Ingredients
- 1 Dempster’s ® Original Bagel, halved and toasted
- 2 tbsp (45 mL) cream cheese
- 2 tsp (10 ml) icing sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon curd
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) finely grated lemon zest
- 2 strawberries, diced
Directions
Stir together cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Spread evenly on toasted bagel halves; top with lemon curd and lemon zest. Garnish with strawberries.
