Fresh Canadian lobster might just be the best thing about this country after all-- you'll agree after you make these scrumptious rolls!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) Chopped fresh lobster meat
- 2 Ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Melted butter
- 6 Dempster’s® Top Sliced Hot Dog Buns
- 1 cup (250 mL) Shredded lettuce
Directions
COMBINE lobster, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Lightly brush the outside of each bun with melted butter. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and grill the buns, cut side down for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden. ASSEMBLE by placing shredded lettuce in each bun and top with a scoop of the lobster mixture.
