Try out a new take on a classic grilled cheese by adding in some tasty mango and brie.

  • 4  Slices Dempster’s® Stays Fresh® White Bread
  • 10 oz (300 g) Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1  Mango, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Honey, optional


DIVIDE cheese equally between 2 slices of bread. Top with mango, sprinkle with thyme and top with remaining slices of bread.  BRUSH outside of each sandwich with melted butter and grill in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese has melted. DRIZZLE with honey, if using before serving.
