  • 2 DEMPSTERS® Sundried Tomato Bagels
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) spreadable goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) baby spinach
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 2 eggs salt, fresh cracked pepper


TOAST split bagel halves.

SPREAD goat cheese over the bottom halves of each bagel.

TOP each with spinach and tomatoes

COOK eggs in a non-stick skillet until desired doneness and arrange over tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with remaining bagels to make sandwiches.
