- 8 slices Dempster’s® White Bread
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 cup (60 mL) butter
Top 4 bread slices with Cheddar and Swiss cheese slices.
Cap with remaining bread slices.
Spread butter over outer bread slices.
In batches, cook sandwiches for 3 to 5 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
