- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Freshly chopped basil
- 8 Slices prosciutto
- 2 Slices Provolone cheese
- 4 Slices DEMPSTER’S® Garden Vegetable Bread
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil
MIX together mayonnaise and basil. ARRANGE prosciutto and Provolone over 2 slices of bread. Top with mayonnaise mixture and remaining bread slices to make sandwiches. BRUSH outsides of bread with olive oil. Grill in Panini press until golden and cheese is melted.
