INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Package of Dempster's Original 10” Tortillas
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chipotle Chile Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F
- In a bowl stir together all of the ingredients, except the Tortillas, and, mix until well blended
- Brush a light coating of Oil Mixture on both sides of the DEMPSTER’S ORIGINAL 10” TORTILLAS
- Cut into quarters to form triangles – can stack up and cut all at once
- Arrange the triangles in a single layer – will need to air-fry in batches
- Air Fry at 350° for about 3-5 minutes or until they start to brown around the edges. Watch as they overcook quickly.
- Allow to cool enough to handle and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
- If properly stored, should stay fresh for about 5 days
