- 4 Slices Dempster’s® Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Ready prepared hummus
- 6 Slices Deli Ham
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Honey mustard
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Alfalpha sprouts
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
ASSEMBLE sandwiches by spreading two slices of bread with hummus. Top with sliced ham, honey-mustard, alfalfa sprouts, peppers and remaining slices of bread.
