INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices Dempster's® Whole Grains Ancient Grains & Quinoa bread
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) prepared roasted red pepper hummus spread, divided
  • 6 kalamata (Greek ) olives, pitted and sliced in half, divided
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) crumbled Greek feta cheese, divided
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh dill, divided

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place two slices of Dempster's Ancient Grains & Quinoa bread on a cutting board and spread each slice with red pepper hummus.
  2. Slice pitted kalamata olives and sprinkle evenly over red pepper hummus, followed by crumbled feta and chopped dill.
