Bacon and Ranch Egg Salad Bagel Sandwiches

Update your lunchtime menu with our flavourful Bacon and Ranch Egg Salad Bagel Sandwiches. Crispy bacon and creamy ranch dressing ensure these savoury sandwiches served on Dempster’s® Sesame Bagels don't disappoint. Serves 2.

  • 2 Dempster’s® Sesame Bagels, toasted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) ranch dressing
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomatoes


  1. Place eggs in bottom of large saucepan in single layer; pour in enough cold water to cover eggs by at least 1 inch (2.5 cm). Bring to boil over high heat; cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 12 minutes; drain and rinse under cold water. Peel and chop eggs. Let cool completely.
  2. Combine chopped eggs, ranch dressing, bacon and green onions.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomatoes and egg salad mixture over bottom half of each toasted bagel. Cap with tops of bagels.

Tip: As a variation, substitute Caesar dressing for ranch dressing.
