INGREDIENTS

2 slices Dempster's® No Fat No Sugar Multigrain, toasted 1/2 cup (125 mL) cottage cheese 1 medium heirloom tomato, sliced 2 tsp (10 mL) finely chopped fresh chives 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil 1/4 tsp (1 mL) flaked sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Spread cottage cheese over each slice of bread. Top with tomato slices and chives. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Tip: Substitute ricotta for cottage cheese if preferred.
