Great for those busy weekdays, Easy Fish Finger Tacos are a quick and tasty meal option for the whole family. Dempster’s® Original 7" Tortillas serve as the perfect base for crispy fish fingers, topped with salsa and avocado and served with wedges of lime. For those who like it hot, drizzle each fish taco with your favourite hot sauce. Serves two.

  • 2 Dempster’s® Original 7" Tortillas, warmed
  • 4 frozen prepared fish fingers
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) mild salsa
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 lime wedges


  1. Prepare fish fingers according to package directions.
  2. Top one half of each tortilla with 2 fish fingers, salsa and avocado slices; fold over each tortilla to enclose filling. Serve with lime wedges.

Tip: You can substitute prepared guacamole for avocado slices if desired.
