Satisfy your morning Greek-food cravings with this flavourful Greek Breakfast Wrap. A Dempster's® Original 10" Tortilla is spread with tzatziki and topped with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese for a quick and delicious meal. It's an egg-sential addition to any breakfast lineup. Serves two.

  • 2 Dempster's® Original 10" tortillas
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared tzatziki sauce
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) pitted and sliced Kalamata olives
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) finely crumbled feta cheese


  1. Arrange the tortillas on clean work surface; spread tzatziki down along centre of each tortilla. Top evenly with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
  2. Fold up bottom of tortillas over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.

Tip: Add ham or bacon for an even heartier sandwich.
