Get your greens in with our fresh and flavourful Vegetarian Green Goddess Bagel Sandwich. Prepared on a savoury Dempster’s® Signature Four Cheese Bagel with a variety of vibrant and tasty ingredients, it’s a simply delicious lunch or snack. Serves one.


1 Dempster’s® Signature Bagel – Four Cheese, split and toasted 2 tbsp (30 mL) cream cheese 1/4 cup (60 mL) arugula 1/4 avocado, sliced 1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced cucumber 1/4 cup (60 mL) sprouts Pinch each salt and pepper


Spread cream cheese over bottom half of bagel. Top with arugula, avocado, cucumber and sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Cap with top half of bagel. Tip: Alternatively, divide arugula, avocado, cucumber and sprouts over both halves of bagels and serve as an open-face sandwich.
