- 2 slices Dempster’s® Whole Grain Multigrain Bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- Pinch salt
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted sliced natural almonds
- 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
Mash avocado with salt; spread evenly over toast.
Top with sliced banana. Sprinkle with almonds and drizzle with honey.
Tip: Add chocolate chips for a decadent touch.
Tip: Replace banana with sliced ripe mango, and replace almonds with toasted coconut if desired.
