- 2 Dempster’s® Tortillas Original, large
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared garlic butter, softened
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Italian cheese blend
- 2 tsp (10 mL) olive oil
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) prepared marinara sauce, warmed
Spread garlic butter evenly over one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over one half of each tortilla; fold over tortilla to enclose cheese.
In large, nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with marinara sauce.
Tip: Alternatively, serve with Alfredo sauce or add a pinch of hot red pepper flakes to each tortilla.
