A completely customizable meal perfect for weeknight meals. Make this burger your own by using your preferred variety of fish and salsa.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Package Dempster’s® Original Hamburger Buns
- 8 frozen fish fillets (any fillet and any flavour)
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded lettuce
- 1 cup (250 mL) tomato salsa
DIRECTIONS
- Grill fish according to package directions.
- Assemble fish in buns with avocado, lettuce and salsa.
- If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
Tip: Use any flavour of salsa for a unique twist on this recipe including mango, black bean or corn.
