INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Dempster's ® Original Bagel, halved and toasted
  • 2 tbsp (45 mL) cream cheese
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) icing sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon curd
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 strawberries, diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir together cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla. Spread evenly on toasted bagel halves; top with lemon curd and lemon zest. Garnish with strawberries.
