Add a fresh and tasty twist to lunchtime with this Spicy Hawaiian Wrap. Sriracha mayo provides a spicy, tangy touch to the flavourful blend of ingredients, which are all wrapped up in a delicious Dempster’s® Original Large Tortilla. Serves four.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ Tbsp hot sauce
- 2 cups Boston lettuce
- 200 g Black Forest Ham
- ¼ cup peeled, cored, finely diced pineapple
- ¼ cup finely sliced roasted red peppers
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl mix the mayo and siracha until blended. Set aside.
- Lay a tortilla on a surface and spread 2Tbsp siracha mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border.
- Put ½ cup Boston lettuce along the bottom.
- Top with 50g ham (approx 2 slices), and 1Tbsp each of pineapple and roasted red pepper.
- Fold in the sides and roll up.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
