Spicy Hawaiian Wrap

Add a fresh and tasty twist to lunchtime with this Spicy Hawaiian Wrap. Sriracha mayo provides a spicy, tangy touch to the flavourful blend of ingredients, which are all wrapped up in a delicious Dempster’s® Original 10” Tortilla. Serves four.

  • 4 Dempster’s® Original 10” Tortillas
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ Tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cups Boston lettuce
  • 200 g Black Forest Ham
  • ¼ cup peeled, cored, finely diced pineapple
  • ¼ cup finely sliced roasted red peppers


  1. In a small bowl mix the mayo and siracha until blended. Set aside.
  2. Lay a tortilla on a surface and spread 2Tbsp siracha mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border.
  3. Put ½ cup Boston lettuce along the bottom.
  4. Top with 50g ham (approx 2 slices), and 1Tbsp each of pineapple and roasted red pepper.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
