Roast Beef Wraps with Horseradish Mayo and Arugula

A hearty lunch to-go. Dempster’s® Original 10” Tortillas are filled with fresh arugula, roast beef, ripe tomatoes and our horseradish mayo recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Dempster’s® Original 10” Tortillas
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) mayo
  • 1 ½ tsp (7.5 mL) horseradish
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 7.05 oz (200g) roast beef or leftover sliced steak
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mix the mayo and horseradish until blended.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Lay one tortilla on a surface.
  4. Spread 1 Tbsp of horseradish mayo over the whole tortilla leaving a one-inch border.
  5. Place ¼ cup arugula along the bottom. Top with 50 g roast beef, two slices of tomato and salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll up.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
