INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices Dempster’s® 100% Whole Grains Honey & Oatmeal Bread, toasted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
  • Pinch each sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices of Old Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices ham

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk eggs in bowl with milk, salt and pepper. 
  2. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook eggs until desired doneness
  3. Divide 2 pieces of the toast over plates. Top each with tomato slices, cheese, back bacon and eggs.
  4. Top with remaining slices of toast and serve immediately.
