            INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of Dempster's® Signature Everything Bread
 - 15g (1/2 oz) Butter
 - 150g (5 oz) Smoked Salmon Slices
 - 100g (3 1/2 oz) Cream Cheese
 - 30g (1 oz) Capers (for garnish)
 - Chives & Fresh Dill for garnish, optional
 
DIRECTIONS
- Take 2 slices of bread, lightly toasted to your preference and add butter.
 - Spread the cream cheese evenly over each toasted slice.
 - Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese.
 - Garnish with capers, fresh dill, and chives (optional)
 - Serve immediately
 
Tip: Add thin red onion slices or cucumber ribbons for extra texture and flavour.
