- 4 Slices Dempster’s® WholeGrains Wheat Oats with Honey Bread
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Apricot jam
- 85 g Brie cheese
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Chopped toasted pecans
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Butter
HEAT a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spread two slices of bread with apricot jam. Divide the cheese between the two sandwiches, top with toasted pecans. Place the second slice of bread on top. Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
