Crab, Avocado and Kale Salad Wraps
Keep it light and delicious at lunchtime with our Crab, Avocado and Kale Salad Wraps. A Dempster’s® 100% Whole Wheat 10'' Tortilla provides the perfect base for a delicious kale and crab filling that's topped with avocado for added creaminess. Quick and easy to make, this recipe is a great weeknight dinner idea. Serves two.
2 Dempster’s® 100% Whole Wheat 10" Tortillas
1/2 bag (12 oz bag) kale salad kit
4 oz (125 g) chopped imitation crab
1/2 (125 mL) ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
PREPARE kale salad mix according to package directions; spoon evenly along centre of each tortilla, leaving a small border at each end.
TOP with crab and avocado.
FOLD up bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.
Tip: ALTERNATIVELY, you can use your favorite salad kit and substitute chicken or shrimp for the imitation crab.
