Honey Side Up Breakfast Sandwich

            INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices Dempster’s® 100% Whole Grains Honey & Oatmeal Bread, toasted
 - 3 eggs
 - 2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
 - Pinch each sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
 - 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
 - 1 tomato, sliced
 - 2 slices of Old Cheddar cheese
 - 4 slices ham
 
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk eggs in bowl with milk, salt and pepper.
 - Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook eggs until desired doneness
 - Divide 2 pieces of the toast over plates. Top each with tomato slices, cheese, back bacon and eggs.
 - Top with remaining slices of toast and serve immediately.
