Honey Side Up Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS4 slices Dempster’s® 100% Whole Grains Honey & Oatmeal Bread, toasted 3 eggs 2 tbsp (30 mL) milk Pinch each sea salt and fresh cracked pepper 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil 1 tomato, sliced 2 slices of Old Cheddar cheese 4 slices ham
- Whisk eggs in bowl with milk, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook eggs until desired doneness
- Divide 2 pieces of the toast over plates. Top each with tomato slices, cheese, back bacon and eggs.
- Top with remaining slices of toast and serve immediately.
